- You will receive a booking confirmation email with pick up info 1 day before your tour. Please check your spam box if you do not receive it.

- Tour operates by tour operator Tour East.
- Child policy: 3-12 years old inclusive when otherwise indicated.
- Daily Departure and please book at least 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Please state the correct email address and a contactable mobile number when making a booking.

- You will receive a booking confirmation email with the pick up information 1 day before the tour.
- From 1 Apr 2026 onwards, tours depart from Tour East Tour Coordination Center at Paradox Singapore at 8:30am.
- Without hotel pick up service, you have to meet at Tour East Tour Coordination Center @ Paradox Singapore (located at the hotel lobby concierge counter) at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and no refunds will be provided
- Tour Starting Time: 0830Hrs. -Tour Duration: 4hours. Tour duration includes travel time to and from the attraction.
