Enjoy photo opportunities and interact with our animal ambassadors* such as the Orangutans, African Penguins, Sealion, Bengal Eagle Owl and more in this iconic dining experience.

Meet white rhinos, zebras and giraffes at feeding time — book early to be part of the fun! As you adventure through Wild Africa, don’t forget to look up and say hi to Giraffes! Meet Marco and Jubilee, park friendly Giraffes up-close as they eat out of your hand! Spot Two-Toed Sloths in the canopy at Fragile Forest. - Meet the Majestic Giraffes As you adventure through Wild Africa, don’t forget to look up and say hi to our Giraffes! Meet Marco and Jubilee, our friendly Giraffes up-close as they eat out of your hand!

- You will receive a booking confirmation email with pick up info 1 day before your tour. Please check your spam box if you do not receive it.

- Tour operates by tour operator Tour East.
- Child policy: 3-12 years old inclusive when otherwise indicated.
- Daily Departure and please book at least 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Please state the correct email address and a contactable mobile number when making a booking.

- You will receive a booking confirmation email with the pick up information 1 day before the tour.
- From 1 Apr 2026 onwards, tours depart from Tour East Tour Coordination Center at Paradox Singapore at 8:30am.
- Without hotel pick up service, you have to meet at Tour East Tour Coordination Center @ Paradox Singapore (located at the hotel lobby concierge counter) at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and no refunds will be provided
- Tour Starting Time: 0830Hrs. -Tour Duration: 4hours. Tour duration includes travel time to and from the attraction.
