- Please Note: The River Cruise may pose safety risks for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties, due to a height gap when boarding and potential instability caused by waves. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and accept these potential risks.

- Redeem boarding pass at counter at least 15 mins before departure time.
- Redemption at Clarke Quay Jetty only.
- Boarding on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability. No reservations required.
